Pictures from my Grandpa John's Funeral

All of us...you thought this was big...if only I had the picture of everyone...the entire extended family...we could have been a branch! :)
The "soon-to-be" Anderson Family
The Bell Family...no one told us we were taking pictures so we had already changed into our comfy clothes! Oh well!! :)
The Andrew Felker Family
The Reall Family
The Edward Felker Family
The Sanders Family
The Carle Family
Our sweet Grandma Edna and Uncle John
Toe Jam anyone? To keep Cora entertained during the dinner, we had to put her on top of the table so she could see what everyone was up to. She was quite the entertainment for us!
All of the siblings and Grandma.
Ode to Mrs. Johnson!! :) For those of you who don't know, Mrs. Johnson has been a part of our family from as long as I personally can remember. We were really excited to see her this weekend. This was the first time she got to see Cora as the last time we saw her I was pregnant. Cora went to her very easily...that just shows you just how special she is to our family! :)
We loved getting to visit with Aunt Tootie and Cousin Carrie. We all loved getting to stay at Carrie's house and get to hang out with one another!
Cousins playing with the pool table in the "Man Hut."
Stick pull anyone? This was a favorite activity the boy cousins got to do during our visit. It was fun to see them each learn the rules, etc of the game.
Kayley and Audrey playing together in the "Man Hut."
Kisses for Ross
About 1 1/2 months ago, our beloved Grandpa Sargent unfortunately passed away. We love and miss him dearly. However it was a bitter sweet time as most funerals are...we got to see lots of cousins we don't get to see very often. I don't know who was more excited, us or Cora...she sure does love to give out kisses, especially to her younger cousins! Ellie, can you breathe?
Kisses for Little John...I told you she loves giving kisses!

NOT a Weekend Job!!

These are pictures from Arlaine's bathroom Nick, Arlaine, and I thought we could get done in one weekend...as you can see it got to be a bigger project than either one of us expected it to be! Nick actually had to crawl underneath the house to nail ply-wood to re-do the base the toilet was to sit on. Now you can go to the bathroom in there without fearing you're going to fall through the floor! Trust me...I'm surprised nobody fell through it already! I'm not sure how long it took for her to have it finally finished, but it's finally finished and no...I don't have an after picture for it...so you'll all have to go see it in person until I get a picture of it on my camera!

Princess Hats

I was so excited to find these hats at Walmart. Both Kayley and Cora got princess hats for a $1 each both with gloves. I had to get pics of them and Cora's hat has to be my favorite! She looks like one of those cops that can't move or say anything...I think they are from Canada?!? Although Cora isn't quite like them as she smiled a lot while wearing the hat!

Beauty Shop

One of Kayley's favorite things to do is play beauty shop! Cora is a good sport in letting her sister play with her hair...although it's not quite long enough to do much with it! It's still cute enough to see her do people's hair!

Kayley 2 1/2 years

Here's our big girl Kayley. She's 2 1/2 here in this picture. She is growing up so fast! She's a good big sister to Cora and a very smart girl. In fact the other day, we rented "Dan in Real Life" from Redbox and told her we were goign to watch it. Then a week later we rented another movie from Redbox and she said we're going to watch "Dan in Real Life." She thought it was Dan in Real Life b/c of the case being exactly the same. There's not much we can get passed her...she's a smart one! She also has started recognizing the song from Dan in Real Life on the radio...the one they exercise to. Have I mentioned that I love my Kayley so much!?!?

My Look-alikes!

Do you think they look at all alike?!! :) Maybe one day one of our babies will look like me...although I have to say that they are pretty cute!

Our Nascar Driver

Sunday after church, Kayley and Nick decided that Cora needed to ride Kayley's car. Cora liked it for a while until she started to fall off because they were going too fast! This is right before she started to freak out. She sure is a good sport!

My Pink Princesses

Nick has to take call once every 5 weeks for work and this Saturday we hung out at the mall while he was at the hospital. We stopped at Libby Lu and watched some girls get their hair done and get dressed in princess outfits. Kayley just loved watching them as she is way into princess everything! I had to get a pic of the two of them in the pink chair!

Bathtime Fun

Cora is now big enough to take a bath with Kayley and I don't know who enjoys it more, Kayley or Cora. In fact, the other day Cora had a huge blowout diaper and I gave her a bath and just as I was getting her dressed, Kayley came in and asked why she wasn't taking a bath. After I told her, she thought for a minute and said she had food in her hair from dinner even though she had no food in her hair and we hadn't even eaten dinner yet. She's our little mermaid, she even claims that her name is Ariel!

Backrub?

Back rub anyone? Cora likes Kayley to give her a backrub...every now and then. She likes it until Kayley gets too rough, then Cora is finished. I think that Kayley is just trying to teach Cora how to give backrubs and I know for a fact that Kayley LOVES backrubs....she is my girl!! :)
